By being part of FemXchange, you agree to uphold these principles and contribute to a safe and empowering space for all members.
1. Show Up with Respect & Support
FemXchange is built to uplift and empower women, non-binary, Two-Spirit, trans, and gender-diverse individuals. We expect all members to:
- Communicate with kindness, authenticity, and professionalism.
- Embrace diverse perspectives and lived experiences.
- Offer constructive feedback and avoid personal attacks or negativity.
2. Lead with Integrity
Trust fuels everything we do. To maintain a strong, thriving network, members must:
- Offer services that align with their skills and expertise.
- Be upfront about their availability, expectations, and capabilities.
- Honor commitments and communicate proactively if plans change.
- Clearly outline expectations in exchanges to ensure mutual understanding. Ensure all terms, including scope and timelines, are understood by both parties to prevent miscommunication.
3. Zero Tolerance for Harmful Behavior
FemXchange is a bold, inclusive space where safety comes first. We do not tolerate:
- Harassment & bullying: Including intimidation, threats, or unwanted advances.
- Hate speech & discrimination: Based on race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other protected category.
- Unsolicited messaging or inappropriate requests.
We prohibit illegal, harmful, or discriminatory services and content on FemXchange.
4. Foster a Safe & Professional Environment
A powerful community thrives on trust and professionalism. Members should:
- Maintain a minimum rating of 4 out of 5 stars to remain active on FemXchange.
- If your rating falls below 4 stars, the FemXchange team will reach out personally to discuss concerns before taking any action.
- We understand that context matters, and we’re committed to fairness in evaluating feedback.
- Be mindful when selecting service providers, and ensure they align with your needs and expectations.
- Avoid spam, excessive self-promotion, or solicitation outside of agreed-upon exchanges.
- Keep clear documentation of agreements and key communications to ensure smooth collaborations.
- Use respectful and professional language in all interactions.
- Protect others’ privacy and confidentiality.
5. Commit to Fair & Transparent Value Exchange
- Price services fairly by following the FemXchange service bands guidelines to maintain a balanced and accessible exchange system.
- Recognize that 1 FemCoin is valued at 1 CAD, creating a transparent and equitable system for exchanges.
- Honor the spirit of collaboration over exploitation, ensuring that exchanges reflect the time, skill, and effort involved in providing a service.
6. Speak Up When Issues Arise
If something doesn’t feel right, let us know. If you experience or witness behavior that goes against these guidelines, report it to the FemXchange team . We take all concerns seriously and will take action where necessary, which may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or removal from the platform.
